Before real estate, Chad spent 16 years as a Top National Producer in the building products industry, sharpening his negotiation skills to the benefit of his clients today. His background as a speaker, coach, and facilitator for both small businesses and major corporations has shaped his ability to serve as both a mediator and de-escalator—two invaluable traits in today’s real estate market. Chad has been a Certified Speaker and Trainer with the John C. Maxwell Team since 2016 and is a two-time recipient of the Highest Achievement Award from Dale Carnegie of Georgia, where he was invited to serve as a trainer.
