If you are someone similar, or even somebody who has been a homeowner for many years, I can attest there isn’t a better agent or more trustworthy person to have on your side than Kelsey Woodard. My fears about going through this process alone were quickly put to rest when I was introduced to Kelsey, because I could tell it would be a team effort from that point on. Kelsey knew the right questions to ask in order to determine what kind of home I was looking for. She proceeded to start sending listings over that fit what I was looking for and also took the time to visit these places around my busy schedule. Kelsey was very understanding and respectful of my budget, and never sent a listing that was outside of my price range. She always provided her honest feedback and opinion on places that I considered purchasing. The housing market is very hot right now which required us to act quickly. When it came time to make an offer she explained how the process would work and what I needed to do. After the offer was accepted, Kelsey continued to provide support and her expertise until I signed the final closing documents.
