After a few weeks of preparing this property for showing, we are ready to fully bring this rare opportunity to the market. If you’ve got any interest in creating your custom forever home right on the Druid Hills Gold course, here’s your chance. The architectural details of this historic home are stunning; from the limestone accents to the slate roof, to the arched doorways and built in phone boxes, this 1929 gem is ready to be brought into the 21 st century. Currently a 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath home (just under 3000 square feet) the new owner can opt to renovate the existing structure, OR seek to expand out the back to create additional square footage. The property itself is currently a blank canvas waiting for the introduction of a pool complex, carriage house, or simply create a manicured in town oasis shared with the course, giving great site line to the beautiful gold course vista. Additionally we have received permission to clear the undergrowth on the other side of the property line, which will further enhance this beautiful view. This is a must see for anyone interested in creating their own golf course masterpiece.
